Isn't the GS fun? For this problem, the only one I can answer, is
that BSAVE will only auto-create a binary file. The command you
give will work if the file BOOT6.SYSTEM already exists. How to
do that, you might ask? Just do:

CREATE BOOT6.SYSTEM, TSYS

Then BSAVEing will work. (Hopefully.)
