Nick Kline made the whip sing this tune to me:
N| What kind of danger of virii is there? Should she get some virus
| protection? As usual, she has a budget of 0 allocated for software
| in education.
There's minimal danger of infection. Yes, some virii do exist but
they're few and far between, and I've never encountered one in my
10 years of Apple // computing. If you're really concerned, someone
here will steer you in the direction of a virus scanner just in case,
on some FTP site or other free-beside-the-call location.
I've always said that the easiest way to avoid virii is to get an Apple.
