Kermit-65 in VT100 mode supports the arrow keys, it's just a matter of
configuring it properly. I think it gives you the option of using the
keys directly, or in conjunction with the open apple key; it's all in
the docs, anyway.
I've also got a vague recollection that Point-To-Point can also be
configured to use the arrows keys, but I'm not sure if it's still
available.
