System Bad error 05012900

I just got off of work to come home to a very nasty suprise.
Crash and burn wherever I turn; turn on the system that is.  So, I did the
self test and ended up with a message saying something to the effect of
system bad

        To be specific it spat "05012900" out after a mess of text
                         filled the screen.

Anyway I checked the cards first and it seems the system is "OK" wihtout
the Zip GSX ver 1.02.  Any suggestions on what I could do to salvage this
board?
