While browsing the info-mac archives, I noticed there was instructions
to make a Macintosh MIDI interface. I should presumably also run on an
Apple IIGS, shouldn't it?
If you want to take a look at it, it's the file
Information/Hardware/mac-to-midi-interface.hqx in the info-mac archive
(check out the nearest archive with archie, mine is at
ftp://nic.switch.ch/mirror/info-mac)
It's a mac file of course, so you'll need a mac to print it.
