What is it connected to for drives (and how is it connected)?  What kind of
errors?  What are you using for SCSI bus termination and terminator power?

I've been using a Rev C SCSI card in my ROM 3 machine for years now without
problem, but the Rev C cards are EXTREMELY fussy about what you have connected
how you're connecting it and how you have it terminated.
