Opinions on NDA Txt Editors?

Greetigs I was wondering what others have to be the best NDA text editors
for their GS.  I have gotton a copy of shadowrite recently that I like a lot 
but it seems to conflict with something (Heirarch part of Kangaroo I think) 
(gives some sort of memory error when launching other applications) so I don't use it unless I'm going to shut down afterwards anyway.  This is kind of lame :)
so I was wondering what else was out there.


Also BTW on a unrelated topic.  IS there a way to make the files on a GS 
available to mac under appletalk other than copying them onto the mac server's
volume?
