There are several ways to get it across as ascii text.  If you are using
Appleworks, I have had everything including format go across thousands of
times through a PC Transporter to the MS Dos world.  Find someone with a PCT.
I am using a PCT now.  I like Apple II telecom (Proterm) and an MSDos offline
reader (Online).  I move the files back and forth over a PCT.
