Printer Cable Needed!

I am in need of a cable that will go between an Apple ][ Parallel Interface
Card, and a "Centronics" 36 pin parallel printer. I cannot for the life of
me find this cable up in these woods, so if anyone is handy with a
souldering iron, I would be willing to pay for having the cable made. Here
are the pinouts as read from the A2 PIC manual, copyright 1982.

I will pay $20.00 for the cable plus labor, and $5.00 for shipping, for a
total of $25.00. I would do it myself, but the last time I made a cable, I
nearly lost my right hand from a septic burn (So I am klutzy, okay?). If you
are agreeable to these terms, or know FOR A FACT that a retail outlet
anywhere has this EXACT cable, please in either case let me know via email. I
will pay for the cable upon receipt of it, and I will remit the payment with
a money order via certified mail. You can send the cable to me also by
certified mail for your security that you will get paid. I am very active on
CSA2 with my file server and all, so I am not hard to find if a problem
occurs.
