Apple /// SOS and/or software?

I know this is the Apple II newsgroup (of which I have several), but I
just received a old Apple /// with 5 meg Profile.  I kludged the memory
so it would finally boot without whining.  I expected it to boot from the
HD, but apparatly that's not possible.  So, does anyone have Apple ///
bootdisks?  Please email me if you know anything about it.
