Although this is trivial information, fairly early versions of
the AE TransWarp GS came with a 6 MHZ processor (due to lack of 7 MHz
65C816 processors at that time). I happen to have one, the ROM-based
CDA reports it's running at 6.3 MHz. It's utterly slow compared with
my ZipGS 8 MHz/16k board, I suppose cache makes all the difference! :)
Too bad the TWGS only had a 32k cache option available (requiring a
custom daugtherboard card swap) while the ZipGS up to 64k by simply
plugging in Static-RAM.
