If you got screwed through the US Mail, you can try contacting the US
Postal Service.   It could be considered FRAUD.  The problem is proving it.
A easier method is post a message "sharing" your experience with the whole
world over the net.  Be sure to give details like name, dates and email
addresses, so we know who to beware of.  Be sure to give ALL the details
and TRY not to slander.  :-)
