A friend of mine and I did this with Ultima IV.  UIV would let you get into
the Control Panel of the IIgs, from whence we would use the CDA from an
Orange Micro Grappler+ (I think) to capture the screen image (cropped) and
print.  It was great fun, and I still have the map.  Somewhere...
