  If that's the case, then you should _not_ have said "May be distributed
as long as no more than $5 is charged for a disk distribting fee".
That you didn't consider CDROM distribution in your figure of $5
isn't their problem. They might have emailed you to ask, but that's
a separate issue. You clearly indicated that you wanted distribution
as wide as possible, and you're getting it.
