	Bingo!

Now when I write my software and documentation, I can't have any way
to predict who may or may not want to distribute it, so the easiest
way that I have found is to say that it may be distributed as long as
no more then $5 is charged and to contact me if they have questions
about any other methods of distribution.

In this case, if they German User Group had contacted me I no doubt
would have agreed to them putting my programs on their CD-ROM and then
everyone would have been happy.
