This is both a suggestion to Zardini as well as a warning to people
using Convert2dg.
When you use Convert2dg, make sure that the entire directory which you
select the picture in does not have any pictures that are bigger then
a screen size. If they are bigger then the screen, convert2dg will
truncate them. I lost three pictures that way, not realizing that
convert2dg worked on a whole directory at a time. :(
Zardini - It would be nice if convert2dg popped up a warning dialog
asking if you wanted to continue if it was going to try to compess a
picture that was bigger then screen size.
Also convert2dg not only truncates, but it loses the palettes for
3200+ pictures. (ie APF stored pictures that have one palette per
scan line)
