The IIgs power supply does have a fuse. On the ASTEC power supplies
the fuse is on a clip-on holder so it can be easily replaced. On the
DynaComp power supplies it soldered to the board.
He could verify that the power supply has gone bad by checking to see
if the green light on the front of the IIgs is not lit when it's on.
