9 MHz ==> 14 MHz Zip

As a hedge for the future I went ahead and bought a 14 MHz
65c816 even though I didn't own a Zip. Well, the future jumped
into my lap this past weekend as I bought a Zip at a flea market
this past weekend. So, time's come to look at installing the 14 MHz
chip.

First of all, I've checked out the Zip and it runs fine (I'm using it
right now). Second, the box it came in was marked 9 MHz, 16k. I checked
the clock can and yep, it's a 36 MHz clock. However, the original RAM's
been changed. The current RAM chips are all marked SONY, CXK58255P-45L,
JAPAN. The originals are in a tube in the box so I've got'm, but I'm
not sure what the installed RAM is. Last, I'm running a ROM 01 GS, so
can I even upgrade to 14 MHz? I know the -E chips had problems with
ROM 01's, but I was hoping the latest chips (no -E) wouldn't.

Sooo, my question is, where do I go from here? I know I've got to
change the clock crystal to 56 MHz, but do I have to replace the SRAMs
as well? If so, what do I need to get? Lastly, was there anything else
besides the 65c816-14, clock crystal, and SRAM?

Thanks o'plenty!
