Or, if there is no .SYSTEM file, ProDOS will run its own program selector,
as long as you're using ProDOS 8 v1.8 or newer.  This is when Apple
finally got rid of the annoying ENTER NEXT APPLICATION (or whatever) 
prompt.  So, no need for a QUITTER.SYSTEM anymore...
