RamFAST bullcrap

When you normally install a new harddrive, and turn on the machine, 
RamFAST says "Searching the SCSI bus for devices... could take 45 
seconds" or something like that.  Then it never does it again.  What does 
it mean when it says that EVERY time you turn on the machine?  This never 
happened until I put in my new hard drive.  What's going on?
