Try saving a partition map to it and saving the configuration options.
The RAMFast firmware is really picky if its startup algorithm doesn't find
an RF-partitioned disk right away. If your highest SCSI ID is your boot
drive and you have partitioned that with the RAMFAST.SYSTEM, it should
be very happy.
