There is no such thing as a "ROM 01" or "ROM 02" for the IIc, unless
you mean "the first version of the ROM" and "the second version of the
ROM".
The number reported by PEEK(64447) is 255 for the original IIc ROM
(which doesn't support intelligent SmartPort devices), 0 for the
version which added UniDisk/SmartPort support, or 3, 4 or 5 for later
versions (the IIc+ is 5).
