ADT for GS serial ports?

Hi,

     I've come in contact with a blind person like myself. We want to 
exchange disk images, and he wants to be able to use some of the images 
available online. His situation is, he has a GS. As far as he knows, he only 
has the internal GS ports. I know I used a version of ADT for the GS ports, 
but it was lacking the send disk feature, which is a lot of what he's 
probably wanting it for. I have successfully used the standard ADT for the 
Super Serial card, as a blind person. However, that won't work on the GS 
ports. ADT Pro is written in Java, right? If so, I don't think we would be 
able to use that, since Java apps are usually inaccessible. I've just been 
using the ADT Windows version which you run, select port and speed, and away 
you go.
     So my question is, how do we resolve this situation? Is there an ADT 
for the GS ports that can both send and receive images? Is it compatible 
with the standard Windows ADT program? Is there an easy bootstrapping 
solution? Obviously this would be good, since he doesn't have any ADT to 
work with.
