I believe you are under the impression the Apple IIc programs in 'C' 
language. It doesn't!

   However, what you have is Apple's attempt at a portable in the mid 
80's. It is a very functional computer capable of doing almost anything you 
want it to. There are over 30,000 programs which will run on it; the most 
well-know is AppleWorks, now in its 5th major revision. (releasing Nov. 
1/94 so I hear). 
   You can add many peripherals to it; mainly 2- 3.5" Unidisk drives, an 
external 5.25" drive, a 100meg hard drive, a mouse, a joystick, an RGB  
monitor (with a Video 7 adapter), a 19,200 bps modem, many different  
style printers (serials and with a Grappler-C parallels), and an RF 
adapter to play it on TV.
   The IIc has a built-in 80 column card, printer driver, modem driver, 
plug-in ports and its younger sibling, the IIc+ a 3.5" drive in place of 
the internal 5.25" drive. It has 128k expandable to 1 meg.

But...it won't program in 'C'.  It might if someone wrote a program for it!
