Zipple & Yo Yo Duck - shareware addresses?

Hi....I'm posting this query for the Australian Shareware Payment Association, a
group of Apple users in Australia who've established a clearing house for the
payment of shareware fees to the US.

The ASPA is trying to track down the current snail-mail addresses of the
following authors, for payment of shareware fees:

C. Sulley - author of 'Zipple'

Michael Coffey - author of 'Yo Yo Duck'

I'm not sure whether the software in question is IIgs or just II software.  If
you can help, please post replies here so my mailbox doesn't get inundated.
