Bernoulli on a //gs? (Please Read)

I am trying to attach a 90mb Bernoulli drive to my GS.  My system is as 
follows:

ROM 1 Apple //gs
4mb AE RAM card
8mhz ZIP GS
Apple High-Speed SCSI card
90 mb Bernoulli hard drive
System 6.0.1

I can't seem to get my //gs to recognize the Bernoulli drive.  I've
attached everything how it's "supposed" to go.  The Bernoulli drive has a
self-terminating switch, I've tried both positions.  I beleive that the
SCSI card is supposed to be self-terminated as well.  Since I can't find
my SCSI card dox, I'm not sure of the DIP switch settings.  I also don't
have the dox/software (outside of Zippy 1.1) to be able to control/change
my ZIP card.  Please help.
