The "Easy Install" option might, but the "Customize" options don't.
You will also get the AppleTalk software installed if you install the
LaserWriter driver (even if you only want it so that you can dump
Postscript files to disk).

System.Setup includes ATINIT (a data file), ATResponder (am INIT which
won't do anything if the other AppleTalk files have been disabled or
removed), and possibly some other small things which will be silent anyway.
The "noisy" programs are all in the Drivers and FSTs directories.
The one that brings up the message very soon after booting is
System:Drivers:SCC.MANAGER (do not confuse this with SCSI.MANAGER!).
The one that brings up the message later in booting is
System:FSTs:AppleShare.
There are other files in the Drivers directory: ATP1.ATROM,
ATP2.ATRAM, AppleTalk and ATalk, but these don't bring up any
messages.
