How to unpack?

I have a couple more questions.

I recently cruised around the ftp sites, downloading alot of
files that looked like they may be useful or at least interesting.
However, many of the files I grabbed aparently are not in SHK
format and as such, can't be uncompressed using ShrinkIT.
Some of the files have .bsq at the end of the name, and others
have nothing at all.
How do I uncompress these types of files so I can use them.
I was able to unshrink a couple of them with ShrinkIT by adding
.SHK to the end of the file name, but on the whole, most of them
were not recognized as ShrinkIT archives.

Now my other question, on a totally unrelated matter.

Has anyone ever produced a joystick that connects to the mouseport
on a IIGS?  I am seriously looking at developing a Street-Fighter/
Mortal Kombat type game for the GS and I would like to set it up
so two players could use it with joysticks, one from the actual
joystick port, and one from the mouse port.
If there isn't a mouseport stick currently available, how hard
would it be to convert a standard stick to connect to the mouse
port?
