For the ][+ and anything else that arrived prior to Apple's CPU and ROM
upgrade, I'd say that AE Pro (Dos 3.3 and ProDOS) was about as full-
featured as you can possibly get.  I think it went up to 4.20 or 4.30 
prior to being pulled from the market(?) (Sorry, its been a very long
time since I've actually used this!)
