sound miester

hello all i was just wondering about somthing:

i ordered a sound meister from econ  they said 2 to 4 weeks
 butt they went out of buisness and alltech took over so it took 8 weeks
to get here and when it did i sent the registration card into econ and then
i found out alltech  took over and i am stuck with buggy software  how can
i get ahold of them?????? are they on the internet   or do you have to call
them over a phone???? i heard they are putting out a new debuged software
and i need it.
