I have heard that all of the newest Apple Mac monitors work as both VGA 
AND Mac monitors.  Some slightly older Apple monitors were supposed to 
have worked as well, but not too well in VGA mode, only providing 16 or 
256 colors max, I don't remember. :|  I would say to make sure to get a 
Apple monitor that was put out recently (such as a cheap Performa 
monitor) that advertizes VGA compatability, and be more wary on the older 
ones.  I'm looking into an Apple monitor myself, just to have an all 
Apple look for my system, once I get the Second Sight board. :)
