The Europlus is basically the European version of the II+. Treat it
exactly as a II+, except that it uses PAL video instead of NTSC, is
probably running at a slightly different clock speed (due to the
different carrier frequency of PAL), and will probably expect a 220V
to 240V power source (check the labelling on the power supply).
There are probably differences in the colours output in hi-res and
lo-res graphics modes.
The Europlus was the standard Apple ][+ in New Zealand. I don't think
I've ever seen a non-Europlus.
