It is my understanding that QC is shipping 4.3.  So, if you bought a
new install/upgrade you would receive 4.3.  Again, the upgrade from
4.0 to 4.3 is for shipping costs and maybe a nominal fee.  If you care
to verify this, just call their 800 number.
