Might & Magic II

I recently hooked my old IIe up since my 486 is being repaired and I found
a version of Might and Magic II in my old disk box.  I played it a little,
but I don't have the book or a map or anything else.  My main problem is
finding out what spells do what.  I have tested some of them, but I am still
without a clue on others.  If anybody can send me a list of spells (both
cleric and sorcerer) and possibly some form of general map, I would really
appreciate it.
