Postscript to disk

I am trying to get some postscript files created on my GS to
print from a PC with a HP LPIII printer. Using System 6.0.1,
I copied the laserwriter driver into the driver directory
(renamed it postscript) and then selected it as my printer from
the Direct Connect Control Panel.

Then I print my document (from AWGS v1.1) and press the Apple-F
sequence when I say OK. I grab the postscript.gs00 file from
the drivers directory and send it by modem to the pc.

I have tried changing the end of line character to the MSDOS
eol (CR-LF isn't it?) and it doesn't help the problem. What I
do there is go into ghostscript under windows and try to load
it. Ghostscript gives me error 1. Other postscript files
created by WordPerfect under Windows load no problem into
Ghostscript.

Has anyone gotten these postscript files to import into
ghostscript. Does anyone have another way of going about this
beyond moving the document physically to the pc (I thought of
RTF through EGOed)? Thanks.
