The last time I looked, bsc was available in at least three places:

     cco.caltech.edu:/pub/apple2/sources/bsc.aaf
     wuarchive.wustl.edu:/usenet/comp.binaries.apple2/articles/14-repost.Z
     grind.isca.uiowa.edu:/apple2/srcs/bsc1.2
