G'day All,
I've seen some fairly good prices for an NEC CDR-25
portable CDROM player around some places. Its a single speed, 150Kb
transfer/read speed, photoCD capable CDROM I've been told.
Question - Will it work properly on a IIGS with an Apple High
Speed SCSI card, can I use discQuest software, and
can it be used to play audio CD's or sounds from
programs CDROM's???
Should I hold out a possibly buy an Apple CD-300 CDROM player.
I know that will work with a IIGS for reading CD's but won't
play audio CD's (or am I wrong in thinking this?)?
Any advice/help most welcome & appreciated!!
Please email me if possible at davoesq@werple.apana.org.au TA!!
Regards,
Davo esq.
