FTP Sites outdated?

I've got the ' 5 MAY 1994 '  Apple FAQ right in front of me here.  There 
are two sites listed that I cannot find the apple directories:
 
cnam.cnam.fr   /pub/Archives/comp.binaries.apple2     non-existant??
ftp.tohoku.ac.jp   /pub/news/comp.binaries.apple2     non-existant??

 Has anyone been able to get these directories at these sites??
