This is _extremely_ excessive. IMHO, it would make grind useless
for its original intended purpose, which is "The End-All-Be-All
Apple II Archive Site".

Ian Schmidt flies off the handle from time to time.
I have a suggestion. I vehemently disagree with the above policy.
Since a number of us pitched in to purchase the drive, I suggest
that whoever has the list of contributors accept votes from those
contributors on setting grind policy.
