Zlink - Unenhanced Apple //e???

I've had a request for some term software that will run on an un-enhanced
Apple //e.  I suggested Z-Link, but now am unsure if Z-Link will run on
an un-enhanced machine.  Can anyone tell me if ZLink will work on an
older //e?
