Drew is no longer involved with the RAMfast.. you need to call Sequential Systems  (800) 759 4549.  I don't know if they try to solve problems via e-mail,
though it would seem logical.  You CAN reach them on GEnie (I'm not sure of the username but it will be similar to the one used on DELPHI, I bet)  On DELPHI you can reach them at jawaidb@delphi.com
