No to both halves - AppleWorks doesn't support anything other than the
IIe/IIc/IIgs 80-column display (unless patched), and it probably has
lots of code assuming the screen is 80 columns.

The IIc cannot display 132 columns using its own video display (unless
you did something really ugly with narrow characters in double hi-res
graphics mode).  You could connect an external terminal which supported
132 columns (via the serial port), but not much software would be able
to use it.

(The same goes for the IIe and IIgs.)
