WTB: IIgs SCSI controller -- where/who?

I'm looking to buy a new SCSI controller for my IIgs -- anyone have a used
one for sale or know a source for new ones?  I've been out of it for a while
and don't know any current companies selling IIgs equipment?  Speaking of
companies, is Applied Engineering still alive?  Or are they long gone?

P.S.  I'm also looking for a memory expansion (at least 1.5MB, such as a
      GS-Ram, but greater preferred (GS-Ram+ would be great!)).  It doesn't
      have to be populated.  Also -- I asked this before, but no one told
      me -- is there a comp.sys.apple2.forsale/wanted group of any kind that
      we're not receiving, or is this the proper place to post such things?
