This is happening because the Mac outputs video at a rate of 32 kHz
horizontal, and the GS RGB is designed only to go the NTSC rate of 15.7
kHz. Without reengineering of the horizontal oscillator and drive
sections, it would be impossible to get a single usable image, unless
it's really overengineered and can be forced up that high :)
