/RAM5 with slot 5 card?

I would like to be able to use the /RAM5 RAM disk on my ROM 3 IIGS, but I
also have a card in slot 5 (a SuperDrive controller) that I want to be able
to use, and selecting the card from the control panel disables /RAM5.  Is
there any way I can have both?  Is there some other way to automatically
initialize a RAM disk when GS/OS 6.0.1 starts up?  Thanks!
