Four completely unrelated Apple questions

One.  When keyboard buffering is on (IIGS, obviously), where is the buffer
located in memory?

Two.  My keyboard is starting to look pretty dirty--not the tops of the
keys, which are still spotless, but the areas around the keys.  What's a
good way to clean this grime away?  (It's a IIGS keyboard.)

Three.  The "History of the Apple II" file at cco.caltech.edu seems to
be missing chapter 15.  Where is it?  (Fascinating reading, btw.)

Four.  Has anyone out there ever finished the classic (I think) Apple ][
game "Ultima II"?  I could use just the barest whiff of a hint regarding
how to harm Minax.  I'm starving to death chasing her all over her damn
castle.  And come to think of it, can anyone tell me why, when I try to
visit other planets in the rocketship in that game, as often as not I end
up off course, in deep space?
