oh just FYI, I found a curious poke by accident, aka THE HARD WAY.
I had just gotten my peeks-n-pokes chart from Beagle Bros and though
that EVERY memory poke was just data. (no instructions) I blindly
tried poking in more changes around in the catalog area and then
catalog the disk. (dos 3.3)

POKE 44460,200 (never everever do this)

I just tyoped it and then CATALOG and ho boy that's a nasty sound the drive
is making!

It redirects CATALOG into INIT. Here's what happened:

- the catalog header was printed
- the catalog track was reformatted
- track 0 was reformatted
- it kept trying to reformat track 0 until ctrl-reset

this wins my prize for most destructive poke.

BTW, that was my "main programming disk". It took me three days with
Pro-Byter to repair the damage......

(I needed Dark II but didn't know it existed at the time)
