Re: Two ways to torture a comp teacher



While this refers to the mac, we used to have great fun
pressing both the programming switch and the reset switch at the back at 
the same time.
The right timing whilst doing this would produce a complete system crash 
and a sad face (mac diagnostic thingo).
Of course, the thing to do after that was,
"miss, why does this mac have a sad face, and why won't it boot"?
Some of the responses we got from cs teachers when presented with this 
problem were absolutely amazing.
One teacher even went so far as to get the school's resident computer 
tech into have a look.
Of course, needless to say the mac was running fine when he got there.
"musta been imagining things miss."
