Definitely not Human Interface; the demo didn't have the usual
interface. As for compatibility, they did whatever they
had to to fit in 1.25 MB. All I remember reading (recently) is that
they used the sound RAM for various things. There was a detailed
article by the demo's authors back in '86, but I wouldn't've
understood it at the time.
