Print Shop ][gs problem...

I am having a problem with Print Shop for the Apple ][gs.
When I select a border for a banner, sign, etc., it will never print the one
I select.  Even when you go to the "Preview" button, it will show a border
that is totally different from the one I selected.

What could be the problem???


I am also having trouble making a RAM disk bigger than 800k.  When I go to
the control pannel and tell it I want a bigger RAM disk than 800k (e.g. 1
meg), then select the option "resize after reset", then reboot my computer, I
will still get an 800k RAM disk!

What could be the problem???


P.S.  I have a ROM 3 ][gs with:  240 meg Q-Drive, 4 meg Q-Ram GS2, 8/16 Zip
GSX, Hyperstudio Sound Digitizer card, Computer Eyes Video Digitizer, Apple
][ High Speed SCSI card, System 6.0.1.
